Unique and professionally reupholstered in Kirkby Design Apex fabric, cotton/linen/viscose mix in Eden colour way. This mid century chair was tired, dirty and coated with paint, but is now fully restored in contemporary chenille fabric taking inspiration from the (dirty) green fabric it arrived dressed in, the colour suited the restored timber so much it was hard to imagine changing it. Restored and rebuilt, structurally the chair has been renewed and is super comfortable with webbing and springs. Giving a vintage piece a new lease of life is always an eco friendly approach the use of designer fabric sourced from remnants of the interior design industry increases this. The chair has a natural wool FR interliner and conforms to UK fire regulations. Cushion available separately. As an original mid-century chair any imperfections are considered as character and part of its history.
